Christen Knudsen (Chairman of the Board)
Mr. Knudsen is the fifth generation of Borgestad’s original founding family. He joined Borgestad in 1990 and is currently the CEO of Borgestad ASA. He holds a Master in Business Administration from Norges Handelshøgskole and prior to entering Borgestad he worked 10 years in Vesta/Investa within the departments of investments and property in senior positions. Mr. Christen Knudsen is a Norwegian citizen, and resides in Skien, Norway.
Reidar Huglen
Mr. Huglen holds a Doctorate in Engineering in addition to his Master of Engineering from Norges Tekniske Høgskole and has extensive competence from the Norwegian aluminum industry. He is a member of several boards in privately held companies and has a membership in several technical committees in international aluminium companies. Additionally, he is a participant of the Norwegian Academy of Technological Sciences. Huglen was a member of Aktieselskabet Borgestad ASA’s board between 1998 and 2007. He is currently employed by Hydro Aluminium Metal AS. Mr. Reidar Huglen is a Norwegian citizen, and resides in Norway.
Hedda Foss Five
Ms. Five has been the deputy leader of Skien labour party since 2007. Five has experience as a political advisor and chief secretary in Norway’s largest political youth organisation, in addition to being deputy leader in Telemark’s Labour Party group over the years 1999-2003. She holds numerous political duties. Ms. Hedda Foss Five is a Norwegian citizen, and resides in Skien, Norway.
Göran Sigfridsson
Mr. Sigfridsson worked as CEO of Beijer Electronics AB between 1981- 2007, a public listed company in Stockholm. Sigfridsson is a member of the board of several companies. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Lund Tekniska Högskola. Mr. Göran Sigfridsson is a Swedish citizen, and resides in Lund, Sweden.
Mona Møller
Ms. Møller is Head of R&D in Syntavit AS. During the period 2002 – 2006 she was CEO of GemWax AS, which in 2006 was purchased by Danish interests. From 1985 – 2001 she was employed by Norsk Hydro as Senior Research Scientist, later Research Director. Ms. Møller holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Norges Tekniske Høgskole and Dr. Philos from the University of Oslo. Ms. Mona Møller is a Norwegian citizen, and resides in Porsgrunn, Norway.
